The final workout for the I am CrossFit Challenge was this weekend....so glad it has come to an end. I was not too excited about the workout, more about the measurements and body fat check. That went really well for me! I was at 22 8 weeks ago...and according to measurements, and mistakes, I am now at 16.5 percent. That is quite a jump for just 8 weeks....but it does not surprise me. I really stuck to the diet and worked hard.
All my life I have been the same size. I am so glad I have found a way to eat that has actually given me results. I have also battled low blood sugar since I was 10. About three times a week I crash, and Steven has to pick me up off the floor and nurse me back. It can happen anywhere, anytime, and happens fast. I barely notice its coming until I fall over. It has been 8 weeks since being on the zone diet and I have not had ONE episode of low blood sugar. I feel great 24 hours a day and cant believe its been so long. I am so happy that I have found this...and its all because of crossfit. I have so much to be thankful for...and now I don't have to store food in every pocket of my jeans and in every place in my car. Its great!
