Almond YUM!

WOD today was 95lb power hang squat clean, 25 pull-ups chest to bar- 5 rounds. My excitement after my workout- a little almond butter. Have I ever had an almond butter hang-over? Yes, yes I have. But so worth it.

After a little almond butter today at lunch, I registered for the CrossFit Regional Qualifier in Fort Worth. I think it was the butter that made me do it. Whatever it was, I am registered and will be competing. Thanks butta!
