Me, Devon, and Catherine


The three of us did a partner workout this morning...and had a great time. here was the workout:


150 Ring Pushups
300 Sit Ups
300 Shoulder Press M:75 F:55
450 Squats

We finished just before the cut-off time..thanks to Catherine and her awesome kettle bell swings. We definitely could not have done it without her!
