Games report, goals reached, new proposed goals

WOW! What a weekend CrossFit Central had. California was an amazing experience I will never forget. The best part was the weather! The heat didn't bother Austin folks at all. It was great to see thousands of people support everyone, not just the athletes they came to watch. Our CC cheerleaders were there every minute, and just as tired as we were at the end of the day.

Our team placed second out of 97 teams...BAD ASS! every workout was fun, we all worked well together and never had a rough moment. There were some teams arguing during the workout, teams that didn't have a plan or strategy, and teams that just didn't bring their best. That was definitely not us. We had fun, planned out every workout, and put in 100 percent effort in every movement.

I hit some goals and PR's today. So time to post up some new ones.

10 HSPU in a row
130 lb. Clean and Jerk
wheat grass ever day...and keep it down..yuck.

If you have a goal, write it down, talk to someone about it. It will happen! Telling at least one person your goal will encourage them to check in on you and make sure you are still focusing in on it.
