This time period is my crossfit "off-season." For me, this is a time where I go week by week and work on perfecting olympic lifts. Just working out every day is not enough. After a workout, take time to pick something you are not proficient at and work on it. It doesn't take weight, maybe just the bar or PVC pipe. Perfecting movements will allow you to use heavier weight in your workouts!!! SO, hopefully I will see some of you after class working on your pull-ups!
