Gotta craving?

Went to Central Market today with Steven and saw lots of things I would love to eat!!!! But, would I? Really? Would I love to set my body, my workouts, and my digestion backwards? Would I love to workout the next day and be sluggish, scale weight, and just overall feel like crap? NAAAAA......don't need it.

I did smell the bag of bread, and kept moving. Its funny because that's all I really wanted. After I took a big whif...I was over it. Here is a suggestion for going to the Central Market Westgate location: don't go to the left or back side of the store. It just makes life easier.

Try not to give into quick craving decisions, really think about how much it can set you back in your training!
