Lots going on


Crossfit Central has a busy month of October. I hope all you crossfitters have learned that bringing your log book to class is of vital importance. Doing extra burpees might start some sort of hatred towards you...good luck getting to your car after class.

CrossFit Womens Only is now being updated on twitter daily and nightly. Be sure to write legibly and get your times down on the board. Start thinking about the RX weight. This month is a good month to do it if you have never tried RX. We are doing all the ladies and heroes in October.

Ladies, start checking the womens twitter posts, xfitcentralwmn. See who has the fastest times of the day and get competitive!
