Monday- get back to it!

3 rounds:

10 pushups
20 burpees
30 squats
40 lunges with weight overhead

after an indulgence on sunday night, I am ready for some hard workouts!!! here are some pics of my sunday night fun with my mother-in-law! Do I regret it? maybe the stomach ache I have now. BUT- I had such a good time with family and I have not had ice cream in a while. I remember why now though.
