new favorite meal
Thanks to my brother-in-law I have a new favorite meal! Seared tuna steak and rutabaga mashed up "potatoes." Similar to my earlier post of mashed cauliflower. This tastes even better.
Sear tuna steak with coconut oil, onions and garlic, 2-3 minutes a side. They are usually pretty thick, and raw in the middle when finished.
For the rutabaga:
peel ( heat in microwave for one minute to soften )
cut into medium pieces
boil until soft
mash- add salt, pepper, coconut milk to taste
Its great! Protein, vegetable, and good fat all in one great meal.
