THE BIG ONE


Everyone doing the I AM challenge had to write down some 8 week goals for yourself. Do you have a big goal that just nags you during class? The one big one that you think, "If I can just get _____ I would be so happy!" This is the eight weeks to get that big one. For most of the I AM people, its the pull-up. Do them everyday, no excuses. Lisa O wants her pull-up. I am calling her out in this blog post because sometimes you need a little reminder of what you are doing, and to keep with it. If you see her, ask her how its going.   4. Is it CHEATING if you just leave out an exercise that you don't like during a WOD? Or just do whatever number you think is best? Not sure about that one?

    This I Am CrossFit I've already learned that roasted brussel sprouts are easy and RULE!!
