E.P.O.C. Workout

This morning my team went out to Auditorium Shores and did the weekly E.P.O.C. workout! 21-15-9 SDLHP, swings, and burpees. It was a fast and furious. We had lots of on lookers at town lake, mostly runners. If they only knew that that LSD ( long slow distance ) was not doing for them what they thought! They should have been with us moving as fast as possible. I am sure my group got a lot more work done than running 3 or 4 miles slow and comfortable. We were short and uncomfortable! Everyone went sub-9 minutes. Even little Vivian got into the mix!
