Team 3 Suffer on Saturday

Team 3 had a great workout this past Saturday. We conquered the Wilke hill in south austin with kettle bells and dumbells. Everyone had a partner and a weight, and made it up the hill 5 times forward and 3 times backwards. Even big mike joined in with my husband Steven with a 2 pood kettlebell. Good job team 3!
