When I first started crossfit I was all endurance. Never wanted to touch too much weight, because that would make me sore for my tri or race that weekend. WOW, times have changed. I have started putting running and racing back in my program, man did I miss it. Nothing like a good run and a cup of coffee. It's time to get out of my element with my barbell and back to the voices in my head on the road. Another race this weekend with my girl Lisa. Can't wait!!!!
