Fuel for the games

I have had a lot of questions about fueling for the games. It's not like my old marathon days when I would stuff myself with pasta and bread to make sure I had the energy. I am eating exactly the same as I usually do. This meal looked so pretty it deserved a picture. Meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds.....what else is there? Maybe a tart trip when I get back...or two...
