For about a month I have had some major back soreness. I've been blaming it on the workouts, not stretching enough, and overall lifting heavy shit. After days of rest I have woken up with the same pain. I am beginning to think its our mattress. I noticed this blogpost on Mark's Daily Apple. He talks about how spartans and caveman didn't have pillow top mattresses and pillows.
I think I will try the floor for a couple of nights to see wha'ts going on. I am going caveman!!!! The dogs will be happy.
