That's right! Another great meal from The Primal Blueprint Cookbook. This one took a little longer because it has to simmer at the end for 25 minutes. Still super-simple and completely delicious!
Chicken thighs ( I have never used before ) tasted great with the mix of fennel bulbs, saffron, kale, coconut milk ( only 1/2 cup-I did not use the full fat kind so I doubled it) and kale. I also added pine nuts. yum.
