While I have laser vision focus on my teams goals, still giving a thought as to what I want to do in the next 8 weeks. So I have come up with some goals for myself:
1. 20 pull ups in a row
2. sub 9:30 I AM time
3. 300 lb dead lift
4. 110 lb snatch
These are some pretty hefty goals. It makes me sweat a little writing these up here. If you see me doing pull us, please do not let me come off the bar! Every coach needs a coach...this next 8 weeks is time...time for me to get what I want.
