September starts the fiscal new year, kids back in school, weather gets cooler ( somewhere else ) and a renewal of food accountability for my classes. For this month my classes will be tracking food with an accountability partner, along with 50 pushups a day. I am definitely feeling the 50 push ups a day already. By the end of the month we should all be repping them out like nothing!
One month: no dairy, grains, desert, not even paleo. Good luck guys, can't wait to see some results.
