UT Women's Rugby

This week the UT Women's Rugby team is taking over RBG in the evenings for some training. The pic below was before their first ever crossfit workout.  They all walked in being able to do at least one strict pull up, so they are already strong. This group is working on power, agility, coordination, and strength twice a week. Look for them to be throwing some chicks around on the field!
