INTENSITY

Today's co-ed WOD was the famous "FRAN." This girls name makes my skin crawl. You know what's coming: the shaky thruster arms and quads, no breathe, just move, watery eyes, intense shoulder fatigue. Its the most intense workout there is....IF you make it that way. High intensity, low rest. Fran could easily be a 15 minute workout if you didn't get why Crossfit works. Moving shit as fast as you can is an incredible way to get in shape, be in shape, and live life overall.




My 745 co ed class at CC ATX experienced it this morning. They went hard and fast. Proud of these guys!
