This is a picture of one client's water bottle she brought to class. (Sorry Michelle!) If you guys are carrying around this tiny thing during the day, I can promise you its not enough. Get a bottle that holds a liter....at the minimum.
I have a history of being a camel. Lately, I have been putting down 3 liters a day. Its been tough because I don't like cold water, just room temp or a little cooler. I have felt better in many different ways since starting this "water challenge." I definitely feel less bloated, less tired, and digest food better. Those reasons are enough to stick with it. Its no longer a challenge, but a way to live!
