The Lean Lifting ladies are starting a 30 day challenge tomorrow morning. Goal= get ripped. We are starting with measurements, pics, and some goals for January 2012.
During the next month they will be food logging and keeping their assigned partner accountable for whatever they put in their mouth. They will have extra workouts and a third day of LL on Sundays. Good food, some Advocare, and lifting heavy weights. All challenge details start in one hour!
