I've been at Central since June; in that time, I've dropped 9% body fat and about 15 pounds total. I do things in my workouts that I never thought I'd be able to do in a million years -- being able to lift more than I weigh was one of the first goals I set for myself, and I finally hit that this month! The positive energy I get from CrossFit carries over into my career, my relationships, and my moods in general. I love being able to move things myself without having to ask anyone for help and feeling stronger in general. It's comforting and empowering!
