Rebuilding the bodies and minds of women.
Hi. I just had to comment. I just saw your video after it was posted by Bougie Photography and I must say that I love it so much. It is awesome! I started Crossfit in Dallas on January 7th, 2011. About to have my 1 year anniversary. It has completely changed my entire mindset of what I think is beautiful. I have actually written a long blog post about it (and even mentioned this on my blog today) but have not published it yet because I am hoping to have one of my coaches help me make a video of showing the beauty of the strength that I have gained this year. He has agreed to help, we just haven't found the time to make it happen yet! There is no way I can top this video, but I think showing people what we are able to do makes it so much more powerful. Well done. I'm inspired. Thank you!
Very Inspiring. Thank you for all you do!
Guys- thanks so much for the positive responses. I love the way the video presents itself to others, and all the feedback.
I found this video via a tumblr friend and I just have to say that this is really fantastic.I have a feeling it is going to go viral real quick. Thank you for making it and speaking out so eloquently for all the women who know strength is beauty, and for those who need to know. I am so inspired by your story, especially regarding your breast implants (just read Out with the new, in with the old, but better). Being a very small chested woman myself I have wanted breast implants in the past, but my husband is very much against them, now that I'm a crossfitter, my boobs are no longer important to me. My back muscles, my abs and my ever growing arms are the things I want to enhance. I love my body now, way more than I did a year ago before I started crossfit. Thank you for spreading this message. If I ever get to Texas I'll be sure to look you up and will probably want to give you a hug :-)
Meg- WOW! this is exactly what the video was for. Thanks for sharing it, and would love to see you in Austin.
