Learning New Moves

This past month the ladies learned how to split jerk from the back, then perform an overhead squat. Its a great tool to have when one rep maxing. More than likely you can jerk more with the split than with the power jerk. With that, the biggest problem for most people when one rep maxing the OHS is how to get the bar up. Now that these ladies have it down, everyone PR'd.
