Officially halfway!!! I am feeling good and pretty proud I am making it. At this point coffee is no issue. I am sleeping well but pretty hungry most of the time. I "beefed" up my meat intake and that helped today. Sparkling water has really helped me get through not having wine when I am cooking and at dinner.
830 2 eggs, brussels, yams, spinach, coconut oil
1200 Lunch at Galaxy Cafe- burger sans bread, fruit, sparkling water
330pm turkey breast, 2 slices yam, coconut oil
7pm home made burger on grill, huge salad with onion, berry, arugula, beets, home made dressing.
dessert: yams cooked in coconut oil with cinnamon
