Day 9

Not too exciting of a culinary day. Three big meals easily tide me over on days I don't workout. I've got three days! I am starting to get my plan on how I am going to keep this up. My energy levels have not changed, but I know my body has in only nine days. The way food is digesting and how I feel after meals is very different. Can't wait for the final meeting this Friday to see how the other ladies are feeling.

730- 2 eggs, brussels, yam, banana, avocado, coconut oil

12pm- shrimp, coconut oil, beet and greens salad with olive oil

6pm- turkey breast, beet and greens salad with olive oil

Dessert- strawberries- lots.
