2012 530 vs 615 SMACKDOWN

Every year I hold a month long competition between my two women's only classes. It's based on completing certain tasks for points. There are lots of rules, shit talking, pointing of the fingers, and calling out bad attendance !! I enjoy every second of it. 

This year all points start the first day of June programs, this Monday.

Rule #1: Each class must appoint one person to keep track of points the entire month.
Rule #2: There must be 10 people in class for any points to be earned.
Rule #3: Warm up push ups DO NOT count. However, push ups ( and all other moves ) count in workouts.
Rule #4: All points have to be obtained IN, AFTER, or BEFORE CLASS for Nyki or myself.
Rule #5: ALL participating class members must earn a minimum of 10 points throughout the month. 

How to earn points: ( one point each )

  • 1 rope climb
  • pull-ups sets of 3 unbroken
  • push-ups sets of 10 unbroken
  • mile run under 8 minutes
  • 500m row under 2:15
  • 20 unbroken double unders
  • 30 unbroken kettle bell swings @ 16kg

There's been some bad blood between these classes over the past two years about this competition. We will see who pulls out in front for 2012!
