Sunday Training Dates for May

This month Sunday training will be the 6th and the 20th. These ladies have the run of the gym and a damn good time on Sunday mornings. This month we will be focusing on super squats. I have two spots left for tomorrow, so get to Red Black at 10am!

 If you have been in Crossfit for at least three months, you are welcome to drop in. Email me for details.
