This is a barbell complex we did last week. 3 cleans, 2 thruster, and 1 jerk, 5 attempts at a max. I like to use barbell complexes for grip strength, core strength, power, and speed. To me, they are the hardest thing I do on a platform. It takes concentrating and focus to get through it without putting the bar down.
Ladies had around three minutes of rest in between and then go for a max weight on the complex. Check out Mari and Jenny!
