Magnify your Weaknesses

Pick up a dumbbell!

I have been throwing in some dumbbells in place of barbells lately in class. 5x5 press, single arm muscle snatch, and single arm floor press. Using dumbbells in place of barbells makes your limbs work independently and simultaneously. One side will be weaker, one shoulder weaker, and midline stability issues will be exposed!

Find out which one by doing dual or single arm presses, muscle snatch, turkish get ups, or push press. Then work your weakness!
