Midline Stability



Today's theme was midline stability, or core strength. Stabilizing our midline allows us to protect our vertebrae while lifting heavy. Our arms and legs are levers moving weight, but our core from neck to pelvis is stable and strong.We started with turkish get ups, push ups, seated sled pulls. Finished with one rep max clean and jerk...then walk it across the parking lot overhead, turn and come back without dropping. Nice work ladies!
