Logs are one of the most popular events in strongman events . Getting this piece of equipment overhead is quite a feat. You have to have the strength, speed, and the technique. Its pretty tough to just muscle it up due to the thicker grip and the overall size of the log on your chest.
The first time we did this nobody got it done. Second time 90% got it. Everyone PR'd today with either attempts, weight, or getting 3 overhead instead of a single. Awesome day!
