LIFT for Women is a strength program for Women Only.  My program is built around skill, strength, agility, coordination, and power. 

This is an ongoing women’s only program that meets two, three, four, or five times a  week and is designed to give our clients the confidence to perform gymnastics, strength or strongman lifts on the white board. If you are a woman, interested in walking into class with complete confidence, knowing you can perform every move, this program is perfect!
